Basically we send out a prayer emails once a week on a Wednesday with lots of ideas for things people can pray about. The idea is, well firstly, that people will pray about these things as a matter of course, but also our 'thing' is that Thursday is our communal prayer and fasting day, we skip lunch (or whatever else we are fasting from i.e. TV that evening, you get the picture) and make sure to pray for CV around lunchtime. So we're basically fasting from 9-5-ish. We'd love for as many peopleas possible to get involved with this as we have seen results and know that when we pray stuff happens!

So, people can email in their prayer requests, as well as email any pictures/words/prophecies etc. If you want to get the prayer email or send in requests email Aideen.

We also do an emergency prayer SOS email where if there is some kind of mergency situation we send out an email to everyone signed up to that list too; if that's you then email Helen.

Prayer watchmen

We're just doing something new where we are setting up a network or people who are willing to pray for people by text/email on an ad hoc basis. If you're interested in being a 'watchman' or you want to receive prayer in this way then email Helen.

Also before each service, Aideen usually rounds up some people to pray into the service, asking for God's blessing and anointing. That usually happens at about 9:45 so if you're interested do pop along as you don't need any special training for this - just a heart for the Lord.
