Like John Wimber said all of those years ago... "the meat is on the street."  i.e. If you wanna get "fed" get moving.  A life of action is the key to a dynamic connection to God that feeds your soul and nourishes your spirit.

• In SG's you will have the chance to connect with two others in what we call LTG's.

• In addition to that, Sunday is a key "halftime" experience in our communities life together so that we have enough "Spiritual oranges and lucozade" to keep us going!  

But more than anything the life that grows is the life that remembers, "the insular life is never satisfied."
